Getting started
Welcome to Realm. This section gets you oriented fast — what the platform is, how it's organized, and where to start. If you read one thing first, read this page, then take the guided Your first day walkthrough.
What REALM is
<!-- canonical: lib/marketing/entity.ts REALM_ENTITY_SENTENCE — keep in sync --> REALM is an AI-native real estate platform for agents, teams and brokerages: CRM, transaction management, compliance, e-signature, communications and marketing in one platform, with EVE, its built-in AI, working across all of it.
In practice it's where you run your business end to end: your contacts and leads, your live transactions, the documents and milestones each one needs, your messages, your compliance, and the long-term storage of everything once a transaction closes. Riding alongside all of it is EVE, your operating partner — an intelligence layer that watches your transactions, flags what needs attention, and prepares the next step for you to approve.
The 60-second mental model
- A Workspace is your brokerage or team container — your organization, its members, billing, and settings. You can belong to several Workspaces and switch between them. See Workspaces & switching.
- A REALM is the container for one piece of business — one client, one property once there is one. Everything about it (documents, signatures, the compliance file, tasks, messages, milestones, people) lives inside it. A transaction is what happens inside a REALM, not a second object. See REALMS.
- The Room is the shared space inside a REALM — your client, the co-op agent, the lender, and title or escrow in one conversation over one set of facts, with video and screen share. You open it when you want the other side in with you.
- EVE is your operating partner. It's one intelligence layer that shows up across chat, insights, banners, and "Finish with EVE." EVE proposes; you approve. It never changes a REALM behind your back.
- People → Leads → Pipeline → REALM is the lifecycle: a contact becomes a lead, moves across your pipeline, and becomes a REALM when it goes under contract.
- Transaction Templates bundle the documents, milestones, reminders, and rules a transaction needs into one reusable blueprint you apply to a REALM. A Pack is a bundle of required documents.
Workspace and REALM are not the same thing. A Workspace is your organization. A REALM is one piece of business inside it — one client, one property. Keeping them straight makes the rest of Realm click.

Realm has a collapsible left navigation rail that holds your daily-work surfaces (Insights, EVE, Connect, People, REALMS, Rooms, Tasks, Calendar, Workflows, and more), with secondary tools tucked into a More menu and Settings pinned at the bottom. The full tour is in Finding your way around.
