The problem with forms today
The forms live in one system and the transaction in another. Agents re-type the same client, property and price details into the forms tool, download the result, then upload it to the transaction and chase the signature somewhere else again.
Every hop is a chance to send the wrong version or file it on the wrong checklist item.
Your Lone Wolf or SkySlope forms, from inside the transaction
Connect your Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope account once. On any transaction's checklist, Raven shows the matching form from your library next to the item that needs it. Pick it, and the filled form lands on that checklist item.
- Your Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope forms library, inside every transaction
- The right form suggested for each checklist item
- Client agreements filled from the client's record, before there is a property
- Requires a Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope account
Filled, then signed, then filed
Send the form with SkySlope DigiSign or Lone Wolf Authentisign, or with Raven Ink. When it is signed, the signed copy comes back to Raven and the checklist item updates on its own.
- SkySlope DigiSign, Lone Wolf Authentisign or Raven Ink
- The signed copy returns to the transaction automatically
- The checklist item updates when the signature is done
A library for your brokerage's own forms
For paperwork your brokerage writes itself, upload the blank form once. Raven reads it, whether it has fillable fields or is a flat PDF, so agents never place a field: they pick it from the transaction and it fills, with signer fields already placed. Group common forms into one-click packets.
- Upload once, every agent fills it from the transaction
- Works with fillable and flat PDFs
- One-click packets of the forms you use together
Frequently asked questions
What does Raven's forms software do?
It puts your forms inside the transaction. If your brokerage uses Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope, your forms library opens inside Raven: pick a form, it comes back filled from the client and property, and you send it for signature from the same screen. Raven also has a library for your brokerage's own forms.
Does Raven include my state's association forms?
Through your Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope account, yes. Association forms, AAR in Arizona and the equivalent in other states, are licensed through those providers, which keep them current when the law changes. Connect your account and Raven opens that library inside the transaction. Raven does not sell association forms itself, so without one of those accounts you use Raven's library for your brokerage's own forms.
Do I need a Lone Wolf or SkySlope account?
For association forms, yes: a Lone Wolf Transact or SkySlope account, usually through your brokerage. Raven's own forms library and Raven Ink work without either.
What about Lone Wolf TransactionDesk?
Forms come through the Lone Wolf Transact edition today. With TransactionDesk you can still send finished documents to your broker from Raven.
How do signed forms come back?
Send with SkySlope DigiSign, Lone Wolf Authentisign or Raven Ink. When every signer is done, the signed copy comes back to the transaction and the checklist item updates on its own.
Does the brokerage library work with flat PDFs that have no fillable fields?
Yes. When a form is flat or e-sign-prepared, Raven reads its text and layout to detect labels and place fields next to them, so even forms without built-in fields autofill and sign.
