Realm, Inc. ("Raven," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Raven collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Raven platform, mobile applications, websites, connected services, and related features, including EVE.

Artificial Intelligence and EVE
EVE and Raven's other AI-assisted features, such as summaries, drafted messages, document review, voice commands, transcription, and EVE's spoken voice, send the information needed for the request you make or the feature you turn on to a third-party artificial intelligence service provider, currently OpenAI, which processes it and returns the result to Raven.
When EVE looks up a question on the web, the search terms are sent to a web search service provider.
When EVE is set to respond to an incoming message without waiting for your approval, it hands messages on sensitive topics, such as offers, contracts, financing, or legal questions, to a person instead of replying.
Raven records how much AI processing each feature uses, by workspace and user, so we can manage costs. These records hold counts, such as the amount of text processed, and not the content of your requests.
Raven does not use your content or your clients' information to train artificial intelligence models.
Google User Data
When you connect your Google account to Raven, you choose which Google services and permissions to authorize.
Depending on the Raven features you enable and the permissions you grant, Raven may access Google account information and Google Workspace data, including:
- Your Google account identifier, name, and email address
- Gmail messages, message content, attachments, headers, and related metadata
- Google Calendar calendars, events, attendees, scheduling information, and related metadata
- If you connect YouTube, your channel's identifier and name, so Raven can upload videos you choose to publish
- If you connect a Google Business Profile, your account name and the reviews posted to your profile, including each reviewer's display name, rating, review text, and date
- Other Google user data specifically covered by permissions you authorize
Raven accesses Google user data only after you authorize the applicable permissions through Google's authorization process.
How Raven Uses Google User Data
Raven uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing functionality that you request or enable.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Connecting your Gmail account to Raven
- Displaying relevant email communications within Raven
- Associating communications with contacts, clients, properties, or transactions
- Allowing you to search, review, draft, organize, or send communications through Raven
- Connecting your Google Calendar to Raven
- Displaying relevant appointments and events
- Creating or updating calendar events at your direction

- Allowing EVE to assist you using information available through services you have connected to Raven
Raven does not use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, determining creditworthiness, or lending purposes.
Raven does not sell Google user data or provide Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.
Google User Data and Artificial Intelligence
Raven may use Google user data to provide user-facing AI functionality through EVE when you request or enable features that require that information.
For example, EVE may use information from your connected Gmail or Google Calendar account to help summarize communications, identify relevant transaction information, prepare suggested responses, surface appointments or deadlines, provide reminders, or recommend actions.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve functionality for the user who authorized access and as otherwise permitted under Google's applicable policies.
Sharing and Processing of Google User Data
Raven may transmit or make Google user data available to service providers acting on our behalf when reasonably necessary to provide Raven functionality.
These providers may include infrastructure, hosting, security, communications, data-processing, and artificial intelligence service providers.
Such providers receive access only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted by Raven to use Google user data for their own advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or generalized AI or machine-learning model training purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of Raven, our users, or others.
Raven's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Protecting Google User Data
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These safeguards include, where applicable:
- Encryption of information in transit
- Encryption of stored information where applicable
- Authentication and authorization controls
- Access controls designed to restrict information to authorized users, personnel, and service providers
- Security monitoring and logging
- Measures designed to protect authentication credentials and authorization tokens
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed by Raven.
Google Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the features you have enabled, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
When you disconnect your Google account from Raven, Raven stops obtaining new information through that connection and deletes or revokes the authorization credentials associated with the connection as appropriate.
You may request deletion of eligible Google-derived information through Raven's available account or connection controls or by contacting [email protected].
Certain information that has become part of a real estate transaction, brokerage record, communication record, compliance record, or other legally required business record may need to be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, contract, or brokerage policy.
Signing In With Apple, Google, or Microsoft
If you use Apple, Google, or Microsoft to sign in to Raven, we receive the identifier, name, email address, and other basic account information the provider authorizes you to share with us.
We use this information to create, identify, authenticate, or match your Raven account.
Raven never receives your password for these providers.
If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, Raven receives the relay email address provided by Apple and may communicate with you through that address.
Using Google to sign in to Raven is separate from choosing to connect Google services such as Gmail or Google Calendar.
Additional access to Google services occurs only when you separately authorize the applicable permissions.
SMS Communications
Raven, operated by Raven, may send SMS messages to users who have affirmatively opted in through account registration, communication preferences, or participation in a real estate transaction within the platform.
By providing your phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your use of Raven.
These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Transaction status updates
- Document notifications
- Property-related alerts
- Task and deadline reminders
- Communication notifications between transaction participants
Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the platform.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
The Raven Mobile App
The Raven mobile application for iOS and Android provides access to the same Raven account and platform data available through the web platform.
The mobile app does not use advertising identifiers to track users across unrelated apps or websites.
The app may request device permissions when necessary to provide a feature. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
Camera and Photo Library
Raven may request access to your camera or photo library so you can scan documents or attach photos to contacts, properties, communications, or transactions.
Only content you choose to capture or select is uploaded to Raven. Raven does not access unrelated photos from your device.
Files
Raven may allow you to select and upload files from your device. Only files you choose are uploaded.
Microphone and Speech Recognition
Raven may request microphone or speech-recognition access so you can interact with EVE or other voice-enabled features.
Audio or resulting speech data may be transmitted to Raven and service providers that provide speech recognition, artificial intelligence, communications, or related processing necessary to perform the requested feature.
Where your device provides speech-recognition functionality, audio may also be processed by the device manufacturer according to its own privacy policy.
Voice input is not used by Raven for advertising.
Siri
If you use Siri shortcuts or similar device integrations registered by Raven, information associated with your request may be transmitted to Raven to perform the action you requested.
Calendar
Raven may request calendar access to provide scheduling functionality, including adding appointments, showings, tasks, or other events you choose to your device calendar.
Where Raven allows you to select a device calendar, the application may display available calendars so you can choose where an event should be stored.
Raven does not use unrelated device-calendar information for advertising.
Notifications
Raven may send notifications concerning transactions, communications, documents, tasks, appointments, security events, or other Raven activity.
To provide notifications, Raven may store a push-notification token that identifies your device to the applicable notification service.
You may disable notifications through your device settings.
Face ID, Touch ID, and Device Biometrics
Raven may use biometric authentication capabilities provided by your device to protect access to the application.
Biometric verification is performed by your device or operating system. Raven does not receive or store your biometric template.
Location
The Raven mobile application does not currently request or use your precise device location.
Information Stored on Your Device
Raven may store your authenticated session and cache recently viewed information on your device to improve performance, maintain your session, and support brief connectivity interruptions.
Signing out removes the active session information as applicable. Deleting the application removes locally stored application data according to your device's operating-system behavior.
Diagnostics and Error Reporting
If Raven encounters an error or crash, technical information may be transmitted to service providers that help us diagnose and resolve software problems.
Diagnostic information may include:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Raven application version
- Error messages
- Crash information
- Technical information related to the error
Diagnostic information is used for security, troubleshooting, reliability, and product improvement and is not used for advertising.
The EVE Browser Extension
EVE is also available as a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, listed as "Raven X." Where Raven offers it for Safari on macOS, the Safari version works the same way. The extension works only for people who sign in with a Raven account, and it sends the information described below only to Raven.
What the extension reads, and when:
- Your Raven sign-in. The extension keeps the sign-in for your Raven account in your browser's extension storage, and can pick it up from an open Raven tab so you sign in once. It does not read, collect, or store your passwords for other websites.
- Contact matching. While you are signed in, when you open a web page the extension looks for an email address shown on that page and sends only that address to Raven, which uses it to check whether it matches a contact in your Raven account. If it matches, EVE shows what Raven knows about that person beside the page. If it does not, nothing is shown. The extension does not do this on sign-in pages or on Raven's own pages.
- Pages you use EVE on. When the EVE side panel is open, the extension reads the page you are viewing, such as a contact record or a list in your CRM, including the names, contact details, and text shown on it, so EVE can summarize it, answer your question, or draft a message. Raven may save the names of people on that page that EVE noted as needing your attention, with the reason, to your Raven account so your daily briefing can include them.
- Listings. On listing sites such as Zillow and Redfin, and on MLS pages, the extension reads the listings shown on the page so you can save or watch a home. A listing is sent to Raven when you choose to save or watch it. When the EVE side panel is open on a single listing, the extension also sends that listing's MLS number or address to Raven so EVE can show whether you or your team have already saved or shared it, and which of your clients it may suit.
- SkySlope. When you ask Raven to set up a SkySlope file, or Raven starts one for a client agreement that is waiting on a SkySlope file, the extension fills in SkySlope's screens in your own SkySlope session using your client's name and your brokerage's settings. If it cannot recognize a screen, it may send that screen's visible text, buttons, and fields to Raven so EVE can identify the right control. Before that description is passed to Raven's artificial intelligence service provider, Raven replaces your client's name with a placeholder and indicates only whether each text field is filled, not what it contains. The extension does not read or store your SkySlope password.
- TransactionDesk. When you start from a Raven transaction, the extension fills in TransactionDesk with that transaction's details from Raven.
What the extension keeps in your browser: your Raven sign-in, your extension preferences, your recent questions and EVE's answers in the side panel, the client you last chose to focus on, your answer to SkySlope's transaction coordinator question, and a short record of the steps EVE took in SkySlope that you can copy for support. While Raven is setting up a SkySlope file, the details of that request are held in the browser's temporary session storage, which the browser clears when it closes.
Information the extension sends to Raven is part of your Raven account and is handled under this Privacy Policy, including processing by service providers that perform artificial intelligence, hosting, and related functions for Raven.
The extension does not send Raven a record of the websites you visit, does not use information for advertising, and does not sell information.
You can sign out of the extension at any time, which removes the stored sign-in from your browser. You can limit the sites the extension may run on in your browser's extension settings, or remove the extension entirely, which removes what it keeps in your browser.
AI Assistants You Connect to Raven
You can connect an AI assistant you use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your Raven account. When you approve a connection, you choose a Raven workspace, and the assistant can request information you can already access in that workspace, such as your account details, contacts, transactions and their checklists, tasks, and, depending on your role, your broker review queue, commission progress, and brokerage financial reports. Raven sends the requested information to the assistant's provider at your direction.
Once your information reaches that provider, how it is stored and whether it is used for training are set by your agreement with that provider and its privacy policy, not by this Privacy Policy. Review those settings before connecting.
If you also allow actions when you connect, and your workspace permits them, the assistant can ask Raven to take certain actions, such as sending a document for signature. Raven first describes the action and takes it only after you confirm it.
Raven does not receive your conversation with the assistant. It receives only the requests the assistant makes to Raven, and it records each one, including which kind of request it was, when it was made, whether it succeeded, and how many records were returned. Raven does not record the text you typed or the information returned. Raven stores the credentials for a connection only in a hashed form.
You can end a connection at any time in Raven under Settings, Integrations, or in your assistant. A connection stops working when your Raven password changes or your access to the workspace ends. The owner or an administrator of a team or brokerage workspace can see the connections made to that workspace, end them, and turn assistant connections off for the workspace.
Connected Email Accounts
If you connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox, Raven reads the messages in it and can send messages from it at your direction or under EVE settings you choose. When you first connect, Raven brings in a limited period of recent mail, 30 days by default, and then keeps the connection up to date.
Raven filters out bulk and automated mail, such as newsletters and automatic replies. A message from someone who is not already one of your contacts appears as a conversation you can review, and Raven does not add that sender to your contacts unless you choose to.
Raven stores the access credentials for a connected mailbox in encrypted form. Google user data is also subject to the Google sections of this Privacy Policy.
You can delete a conversation in Raven. You can also permanently delete an email conversation that only you are part of and that is not part of a transaction or a transaction's records. Permanent deletion removes the messages, their attachments, and information Raven derived from them. Raven keeps a record that the conversation was deleted, without its subject or content. To keep a permanently deleted message from being brought back in on the next sync, Raven keeps a one-way hashed form of the message's identifiers, not its content.
Calls and Communications
Raven may provide calling, messaging, email, or other communication functionality through Raven or third-party communications infrastructure.
Where call recording, transcription, or AI-generated call summaries are enabled, Raven or the applicable service may provide notices or obtain consent as required by applicable law.
Call recording for calls placed through Raven is off unless a workspace owner or administrator turns it on. When it is on, the call plays a notice that the call may be recorded before it connects. Raven sends the recording to its artificial intelligence service provider for transcription and keeps the transcript, a summary, and suggested follow-up items with the call record and in the contact's conversation. The audio recording is held by our communications service provider.
Where this feature is turned on for an agent, EVE may answer a call the agent misses, tell the caller it is the agent's assistant, take a message, and give the agent a transcript of the conversation. The caller's speech is processed by Raven's artificial intelligence and communications service providers to do this.
If someone asks not to be called, an agent can mark them as do not call, and Raven will not place calls to that contact through Raven.
Users and brokerages are responsible for complying with applicable recording and consent requirements when using these features.
Social Media Connections
When you connect supported social accounts, such as a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, Raven may store authorization tokens and linked-account information necessary to provide the features you enable.
Raven may use these connections to publish or manage content at your direction.
Raven supports connecting Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. When you connect one, Raven receives an access token and basic details about the connected account, such as its identifier, name or username, and, for Facebook, the Pages and groups you manage that Raven can post to. For TikTok, this is your account's identifier, display name, and username, and before each post Raven asks TikTok which posting options are available to your account.
Raven posts only the content you choose, or content that you have set Raven's marketing features to publish for you, such as a post about a listing. Apart from importing your Google Business Profile reviews, Raven does not read your followers, messages, or other people's posts on these services.
Raven stores access tokens for connected social accounts in encrypted form. When you disconnect an account in Raven's marketing settings, Raven deletes the stored tokens for that connection. You can also remove Raven's access in the settings of the connected service.
Raven does not sell social account connection data.
Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, Raven stores the access tokens and linked account details necessary to provide the connected functionality.
You may disconnect these services at any time.
You may:
- Remove Raven from your Facebook account's Business Integrations
- Disconnect the account through available Raven Marketing settings
- Request deletion by emailing [email protected]
When the connection is removed, Raven deletes or invalidates the stored access tokens and linked account information associated with that connection as appropriate.
Email to Contacts and Unsubscribing
Agents can send email to their contacts through Raven, including automated follow-up emails and group emails to a list of contacts they choose. A group email is sent as a separate copy to each person.
Every group email includes a link to unsubscribe, and email programs that support it offer a one-click unsubscribe. Raven keeps a history of each change to a contact's email preferences, including when it happened and how, such as through an unsubscribe link, a spam report, or an undeliverable address.
When someone unsubscribes, Raven stops sending them automated and group email. The agent may still write to them individually unless they reported a message as spam, the address cannot receive mail, or they otherwise asked not to be contacted. Email to an unsubscribed address resumes only if that person confirms through a link Raven sends them, or, where the agent recorded the opt-out or the address had stopped receiving mail, if the agent turns it back on and records a reason.
Raven does not track whether a group email is opened or which links in it are clicked.
Information About Clients and Their Households
Agents can record personal details about their clients in Raven, such as family members, pets, birthdays, anniversaries, interests, and notes, along with fields their brokerage defines. These details are visible to the people in the agent's workspace who can see that client.
Where a client's spouse or partner, or a second email address, is on record, Raven may send that person a copy of automated emails and client notices the client receives. Each family member who receives a copy has their own unsubscribe link. Raven does not send text messages to a family member unless that person's consent to receive them has been recorded.
Agent Websites, Shared Links, and Client Portals
Raven hosts websites for agents. To show an agent how their website is doing, Raven counts page views without cookies. For each view, Raven records the page, the referring site, and the type of device, and uses a one-way identifier derived from the visitor's network address, browser, and the date, which changes each day, to estimate unique visitors. Raven does not store the visitor's network address.
An agent may choose to add Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Microsoft Advertising tags to their website. Those services may use their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.
If you scan a QR code for a property, Raven records the scan as a page view on the agent's website, together with the kind of material the code was printed on, such as a yard sign or flyer.
An agent's website may offer a chat with EVE. If you share your name, contact details, or what you are looking for in that chat or in a contact form, Raven gives that information to the agent and may add you to the agent's contacts. The chat may also offer you a time to meet with the agent.
When you sign in to a client portal, or open a link an agent sent you, such as a home value report, a market analysis, a listing alert, or a transaction link, Raven may record that you opened it and show the agent who sent it that you are viewing it now and which item you are viewing. Raven does this only for signed-in clients and links addressed to a specific person, never for anonymous visitors to an agent's website.
Some links ask you to confirm a code sent to your email address before they open. After you confirm, Raven sets a cookie that lets that browser open the link again for 30 days without a new code.
Video Meetings
Raven does not record video meetings held in Raven. Where meeting notes are turned on, each participant decides for themselves whether their own words are transcribed, and only the words of participants who agree are used to prepare the notes.
MLS Memberships
If you add a multiple listing service (MLS) membership to Raven, Raven checks with that MLS or its data provider that your membership is active, and may stop your access to that MLS's data in Raven if it is not.
Where an MLS's data license requires it, Raven may report to that MLS the names, email addresses, MLS member identifiers, and offices of the people who access its data through Raven, along with the websites where they display it.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment card details with Stripe, and Raven does not store full card numbers. Raven keeps the billing details it needs to manage your subscription, such as your plan and payment status.
If you are paid commissions through Raven's partner program, payouts are made through Stripe, which collects the identity, banking, and tax information it requires under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Raven may share or process information with third parties only when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide Raven and the features you request
- Provide hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, analytics, error monitoring, artificial intelligence, document processing, electronic signature, or other platform functionality
- Process transactions or communications at your direction
- Support integrations that you choose to enable
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or legal processes
- Protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Raven, our users, and others
- Complete a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements
Service providers processing information on Raven's behalf are permitted access only as reasonably necessary to provide their services and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Data Security
Raven maintains technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, or misuse.
Depending on the nature of the information and service, these measures may include:
- Encryption in transit
- Encryption at rest where applicable
- Authentication and authorization controls
- Role-based or permission-based access controls
- Security logging and monitoring
- Infrastructure and application security controls
- Restrictions on employee and service-provider access
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. We continually evaluate and improve our safeguards based on the nature of the information we process and the services we provide.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Raven, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.
Real estate transactions and brokerage activities may be subject to specific record-retention requirements. Transaction documents, communications, compliance records, audit information, electronic signature records, and related information may therefore be retained for periods required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, contract, or brokerage policy.
When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, Raven deletes, anonymizes, or otherwise disposes of it in accordance with our data-retention practices.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access personal information associated with your account
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of eligible personal information
- Disconnect third-party accounts and integrations
- Withdraw permissions previously granted to connected services
- Opt out of certain communications
- Obtain information regarding how your information is processed
- Exercise additional privacy rights provided by applicable law
You may exercise available account controls directly within Raven or contact us at [email protected].
Raven may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain privacy requests.
Deleting Your Raven Account
You may delete your Raven account using the account deletion functionality available within Raven or by contacting [email protected].
Deleting your personal account deactivates your login and removes or disables associated sign-in providers, connected devices, notification tokens, and other account-level credentials as appropriate.
Deleting a personal Raven account does not necessarily delete records belonging to a brokerage, team, transaction, or other organization.
Brokerages and other organizations may have legal, regulatory, contractual, compliance, audit, or business obligations requiring transaction records to be retained after an individual user's account has been deleted.
If you are the sole owner or administrator of a Raven workspace, you may be required to transfer ownership or otherwise resolve the workspace before deleting your account.
Third-Party Services
Raven integrates with services provided by other companies.
When you choose to connect or use a third-party service, information may be processed by that provider according to its own terms and privacy policy in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Raven does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies and permissions of services they choose to connect to Raven.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Raven and its features evolve or as legal, regulatory, or platform requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects how we access, use, store, share, or otherwise process personal information, including Google user data, we may provide additional notice where required or appropriate.
Continued use of Raven after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to applicable law and the terms governing your use of Raven.
