Cost Replacement

Real estate software runs $300–$800+ a month

It depends on how you buy: a modular stack, a premium CRM, or a high-end platform plus the tools it misses. Every path lands in the same place: hundreds a month, spread across logins that don't talk. None of them is the whole system.

Modular stack$270 to $470+ /mo

CRM, transactions, e-sign, calling & texting, video meetings, and marketing, each bought on its own.

Follow Up Boss $69 · dotloop $32 · Docusign for REALTORS $20 · Mojo Dialer $99 · Zoom Workplace Pro $17 · Coffee & Contracts $74 · Dropbox Professional $20 · Homebot $50

Premium CRM$299+ /mo

A premium CRM + lead platform (IDX site, marketing), but no transaction management or compliance.

Brivity: starts at $299/mo for solo agents

High-end platform stack$500 to $800+ /mo

A market-leading platform plus the tools it doesn't cover.

BoldTrail ~$499/mo (reported start) · SkySlope Suite $340/mo · + marketing & reports

Published starting prices, per agent/month, as of August 2026; each vendor sets its own pricing and may have changed it since. Even the premium platforms are CRM-first. None run the transaction end to end.

What every piece costs on its own

One row per capability Raven ships, next to the kind of tool an agent would otherwise buy for it and what that really runs a month, at the tier a single agent or a small team actually lands in. Rows marked published price are read off a plan page; rows marked typical rate are what that category commonly costs, because those products are quoted rather than listed. 2 capabilities come with association or MLS membership, so they read Included and add nothing to the total.

Costs as read at September 2026, per seat unless the row says otherwise, and subject to change. Every figure is the rate a single agent or a small team would really be charged, on monthly billing, at the tier they actually land in, rather than a volume or headline rate. A row marked published price is read from one representative product’s plan page; a row marked typical rate is what that category commonly costs, because those products are quoted rather than listed. No product is named here, and every vendor sets and changes its own pricing. The forms library and autofill and the cma presentations rows read Included and add nothing to the total, because an agent’s association or MLS routinely supplies those at no extra cost. The total is a floor for that reason. Provided for information only. Raven charges nothing to set up; where an individual MLS board charges its own one-time API fee, Raven passes it through at cost and shows it before you connect that board.

How Raven compares

One system vs. a stack of point tools

The best tools do one job well. Raven does the whole job (CRM, transactions, compliance, marketing, your website, and an AI operating partner) in one login, at one price. Under each capability is what one point tool charges for that job on its own.

Only Raven’s price is shown. The “bought separately” line under each capability is what one point tool for that job runs a month, for one seat, one site and one MLS, rounded to whole dollars; each is either a rate read from a plan page or the typical rate for that category, and every figure is itemized with its exact unit and which of the two it is in the cost breakdown above, read September 2026. A capability an agent’s association or MLS supplies at no extra cost reads “Included with membership”, and a capability with no comparable standalone product shows no figure rather than an estimate. No competitor’s plan price appears here at all: those vary with add-ons, seat minimums, setup fees, and contract terms, so we don’t list a figure for them. Each competitor is a trademark of its respective owner. This comparison reflects Raven’s capabilities and widely understood category facts as of September 2026; each product is developed by its own vendor and may have changed since, so check with them for what their plan includes today. For Brokerages

Raven Replaces Operational Drag

Brokerages don't just need another agent tool. They need visibility, control, compliance, and consistency across every transaction.

  • See every active transaction across the organization
  • Catch missing documents before they become problems
  • Standardize transaction workflows across agents
  • Review compliance from one queue
  • Reduce manual follow-up from admins and TCs
  • Give agents a whole platform, and a team to run it, without taking their commissions

Questions, answered

What is the difference between Raven CRM and Raven?

Raven CRM ($99/mo) is EVE, the browser extension and the full CRM: people, leads, texting and email, drips, group email, marketing and your website, plus sharing documents with your clients and Raven Ink e-signature for 5 signings a month (the Raven Ink add-on makes it unlimited). It is available in every state. EVE Sales Agent, where EVE answers and books your leads on her own, is a monthly add-on. It does not include transactions, compliance, the Vault, MLS listings, CMAs or home reports. Raven includes all of it, EVE Sales Agent too, with unlimited signing, and moving up keeps every contact and everything EVE remembers.

Why start with EVE, the browser extension, instead of the full platform?

Because switching every tool at once is a lot. EVE is a browser extension for Chrome and Edge, so you feel the intelligence layer (briefings, memory, drafted follow-ups) riding over the CRM and inbox you already use, with zero migration. When you're ready to run everything in one place, upgrade to Raven and EVE's memory of every contact comes with you.

Do you take a cut of my commission?

Never. Raven is a flat subscription: per seat for agents and teams, and a monthly platform fee plus seats for brokerages. No revenue share and no transaction fee. You run your business, you keep your revenue.

How does brokerage seat pricing work?

Published and transparent. No “call us” games. Seats are volume-priced the same for teams and brokerages: 2–9 is $179/seat, 10–24 is $149, 25–99 is $79, and 100+ is $59. A single seat is $249 (the solo Agent rate). Every seat includes the full platform; brokerage adds compliance oversight, reporting, multi-office support, and priority support at no per-seat premium, so a brokerage never pays more per seat than a team of the same size.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes, everything is month-to-month, no contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing settings. Upgrades prorate and take effect immediately, and nothing you built disappears when you move between plans.

Infrastructure, Not a Marketplace

No Revenue Share. No Commission Splits.

Raven is infrastructure. We don't take a percentage of your transactions, charge per transaction, or participate in your commissions. You pay a predictable subscription and keep what you earn.
