What Raven is

The facts, in one place.

One product, one company, one definition. Everything below is the same on every page of this site and in the product itself.

Company
Raven is a product of Realm, Inc.
Raven
Raven is an AI-native real estate platform for agents, teams and brokerages: CRM, transaction management, compliance, e-signature, communications, marketing, MLS data and commissions in one platform, with EVE, its built-in AI, working across every client and transaction.
EVE
EVE is Raven's built-in AI for real estate professionals: it answers leads, prepares documents, tracks every transaction and drafts follow-ups, and every action it takes is logged and grounded in the record it read.
Raven X
EVE is also sold on its own as a browser extension for Chrome and Edge. It brings EVE into the tools an agent already uses, including Follow Up Boss, Brivity, kvCORE and the listing portals, with no migration and no new CRM. The Raven Agent, TEAM and BROKER plans include it.
Raven CRM
Raven CRM is the CRM part of Raven sold on its own: contacts and leads, texting and email in Connect, drips, group email, tasks, a calendar, marketing and an agent website, with EVE and Raven X included. It has no transactions or MLS data, can add EVE Sales Agent as a monthly add-on, and is available in every US state.
EVE Sales Agent
EVE Sales Agent is EVE answering an agent's leads by text, by email and when the agent misses a call: she qualifies, books the appointment and hands the conversation over when it needs a person. It is included in Raven Agent, is a monthly add-on for Raven CRM, and is not sold on its own. It was previously called EVE Talk.
Raven Ink
Raven Ink is the e-signature built into Raven: signature packets go out from a transaction, anyone can sign from a link, and the executed document lands back in the file with a full audit history. It is also sold on its own.
Who it is for
Real estate agents, teams and brokerages. Clients, the agent on the other side, lenders, title and escrow, and service providers take part in a transaction by invitation, with no account and at no cost to them.
Availability
Raven is open to agents and brokerages in every US state; start a free trial today. The MLS features connect market by market, starting with Arizona and California. Raven CRM and Raven X work in every US state.
Official sites
raven.realty is the official site; realm.ing reaches the same place. The product runs at app.realm.realty, and every published agent website lives on a raven.realty subdomain.
Contact
Reach a person through the contact page, or email [email protected].
Chapter 01: The Problem

The transaction lives everywhere, so it lives nowhere.

A working agent runs their business across a CRM, transaction management software, an e-signature tool, a forms library, a compliance tracker, document storage, a marketing tool, a home-valuation tool, and a pile of email and text threads. Nine subscriptions, nine logins. And none of them talk to each other. The same client gets re-typed into three systems; the deadline lives in one tool and the document that satisfies it in another.

The agent becomes the integration layer. Every evening, someone is reconciling by hand what the software should have known.

Brokers have it worse: compliance happens after the fact. Files get audited at month end, when the missing disclosure is a problem to explain instead of a checkbox to catch, and the broker's license is the one on the line.

Chapter 02: The Bet

One platform. And an operating partner, not a chatbot.

Our bet is two-sided. First: the transaction should live in one system. When documents, deadlines, people, and messages share a record, compliance stops being an after-the-fact audit and becomes a gate the work simply passes through.

Second: the AI shouldn't be a chat window bolted on the side. EVE is built as an operating partner: it watches every transaction, notices what's missing, late, or waiting, prepares the action (a reply, a form, a client update) with its source cited, and you approve it, or let it run on Autopilot. When EVE isn't sure, it asks instead of guessing.

Chapter 03: What's Real Today

Not a roadmap. The shipping product.

Everything below is live in Raven now. You can walk through all of it in a demo.

Transactions & the Room

A transaction is one record holding the client, the documents, the milestones, the people, and the messages for that property, and it opens a Room, the shared space where the client, both agents, lender, and title stay current. Stage-gated compliance holds a stage change until the required items are actually in the file.

Documents, forms & e-sign

Upload a document and EVE classifies it onto the right checklist line. The forms library fills forms from the transaction's own data, and signature packets go out, and come back signed, without leaving the platform.

CRM + Connect

Contacts, leads, and pipeline in one book, with email, text, and calls unified into one thread per client, and linked to the transaction they're about. Context never lives in a separate inbox again.

Compliance that adapts

A broker running review gets a live review queue, document versioning, and an append-only audit trail. A team at a national brand gets an advisory checklist. An independent agent gets a clean minimum. Same platform, governed differently.

The Vault

A closed transaction gets sealed: documents, communications, and the audit trail snapshotted into tamper-evident, retention-managed storage whose integrity is re-verified on a schedule. Provable, not just stored.

EVE, across all of it

A daily briefing of what needs you, drafted follow-ups waiting for your approval, "what am I forgetting" detection over your real conversations, and page-aware intel wherever you are in the app. One EVE, not a chat feature.

Chapter 04: Where We Are

Market by market. On purpose.

Transaction work is state-specific: the forms, the disclosures, the compliance expectations. Rather than launch shallow everywhere, Raven opens market by market, with the document requirements and compliance packs tuned to how transactions actually run in each one.

Open in every US state: start a free trial today, and your MLS features turn on the day your MLS connects. And Raven is a flat subscription: we never take a percentage of your transactions or touch your commissions.

See what Raven can run for you.
