She answers from the rules your brokerage already runs (the documents each transaction requires, the work each stage owes, the compliance rules that hold a file) and from the handbook, onboarding guide, or policy documents your broker uploads, naming the document and the page she took it from. When that material doesn't answer the question, she says so instead of filling the gap from general knowledge. Your broker decides whether each document reaches the whole brokerage, one office, one team, or only them.
