Raven

Every transaction,
everyone in the transaction.

Each client gets a transaction: the stages, documents, signatures, compliance and messages of their transaction in one place, with the CRM and EVE built in. Open its Room and the client, co-op agent, lender and title share one conversation and a live timeline. No more CRM here, signing app there and shared drive somewhere else.

The Lifecycle

Five stages, one rail

A transaction moves through real stages, and the structure does real work at every one. The Coming Soon stage flips itself to Active when the linked MLS listing goes live. Under Contract watches the contingency clock. Closed seals into the Vault.

Stage 1

Coming Soon

Pre-market, for listing transactions. The file starts before the sign goes up. Buyer Transactions skip straight to Active.

Auto-flips to Active when the linked MLS listing goes live, or on the go-live date you set.

Stage 2

Active

On market. Showings, offers, and documents accumulate in one place.

Every upload is classified and matched to its requirement automatically.

Stage 3

Under Contract

Deadlines and contingencies tracked; requirements gate the close.

EVE watches the inspection, financing, and appraisal dates and flags risk early.

Stage 4

Closed

File complete. Broker review cleared, signatures sealed.

The complete file can be delivered internally or exported in provider format.

Stage 5

Vault

Sealed in a write-once, hash-chained archive.

Storage-locked and integrity-verified on a schedule. Provable years later.

Stage gates hold the line between stages

A Transaction can't advance while a required document is missing, unsigned, or awaiting broker review, and when it refuses, it names exactly what's blocking. No transaction reaches Closed with a hole in the file. Gates adapt to how each brokerage governs compliance: advisory for a solo agent, full enforcement for a native brokerage.

Inside Every Transaction

The work that used to be five subscriptions

Signing, compliance, audit, forms, and the CRM are native to every transaction: one source of truth instead of five tools that drift apart.

Raven Ink

E-signature with the fields already placed

Upload any form and Raven places the signature, date, initials, and printed-name fields for you, reading the form's real fields when it has them, and a learned layout for forms it has seen before. Adjust once, and that form is right every time after.

  • Signature, date, initials, and printed-name fields auto-placed on any PDF
  • Approved layouts are remembered per form: fixed once, right forever
  • A signed document instantly updates the requirement and the compliance score
Broker Review

A review queue that arrives pre-sorted

Broker review lives inside the transaction, not in a separate tracker. EVE pre-triages the queue into clean and needs-attention, and can read the document itself to flag concrete issues, like a blank signature line or a date that doesn't match the contract. The broker decides; EVE just does the sorting.

  • Every submission triaged before the broker opens it
  • In-content checks: blank fields, mismatched dates, names, and addresses
  • Approve or return in one click. The agent sees the outcome instantly
Audit Trail

A record that can answer for itself

Every upload, signature, approval, and stage change is written to an append-only trail: who did it, what changed, and when. Nothing is ever edited or deleted; corrections create new entries. When a regulator, client, or counterparty asks what happened, the answer is deterministic.

  • Every document action and status change recorded with actor and timestamp
  • Append-only by design: corrections append, they never rewrite
  • On close, the whole record seals into the write-once, hash-chained Vault
Forms Library

Blank forms that fill themselves out

The brokerage keeps its blank forms in one library, and EVE maps each form's fields once. Brokers never place a field by hand, agents never re-key a name. From inside a transaction, an agent picks the form and it materializes filled: buyers, address, price, dates. Then it flows straight into signing.

  • EVE reads each form in the library and maps its fields automatically
  • One click fills a form from the transaction's own facts, no re-typing
  • The filled form is a normal transaction document: versioned, reviewable, signable

CRM & People

The client, fully loaded

Every contact carries the whole relationship: the live thread, the lead score, the property profile, the required agreements, the family and dates that matter to them, and a Home Intelligence read on the home they own or want. EVE flags what's missing and preps you before every conversation, so nothing about a client lives in a second system.

  • One record: conversations, documents, transactions, and notes together
  • EVE flags missing buyer agreements before they block the transaction
  • Your own stages, tags, and custom fields, as People columns you can sort and filter
  • Spouse, children, pets, birthdays, and anniversaries on the contact
  • Every drip on a contact in one place, and one switch that pauses all automations for that person
  • Home Intelligence and market pulse, right on the contact
Email & Segments

One email, a personal copy for each person

Save a segment, like past clients you have not talked to in 90 days, and it keeps itself current. EVE drafts the email, you preview it and send yourself a test, and each person gets their own copy in their own Connect thread. A reply comes back to that thread, where you will see it.

  • Segments built by rules, by picking people, or both, kept private or shared
  • EVE drafts or improves the email; merge fields, attachments, and scheduling
  • Spouses and partners can be copied, each with their own unsubscribe
  • An unsubscribe link on every copy, with opt-outs and do not contact honored

And For the Back Office

Built for the people who run the file

Coordinator worklist

A dedicated desk where a transaction coordinator requests what's missing from an agent and delivers the completed file: internal broker hand-off, provider-formatted export package, secure emailed link, or ZIP. The agent still owns the file.

Document splitting

Upload one combined closing packet and EVE proposes where each document starts, what it is, and which checklist item it belongs to. Adjust anything, press Split, and each part becomes a real, versioned document, indistinguishable from a direct upload.

Compliance analytics

An org-wide compliance read for brokers: completion percentage, outstanding and aging documents, and exceptions by agent and by transaction, explained in plain language, not just charted.

Your broker's system, filed for you

Send to Broker delivers the finished document where your brokerage reviews: onto the right checklist item of the transaction's SkySlope file, into Lone Wolf Transact, or by email to your broker. With SkySlope, the transaction shows that file's own checklist.

Signed copies and documents that don't apply

Upload a contract that was signed elsewhere and Raven recognizes the signature stamp and asks before sending it out again. A checklist item that doesn't apply is marked Not needed, with who decided and when, and can be put back.

A starting setup for your state

A new workspace starts from a Default Template for its state: document checklists, task lists, milestones, and intake questions. Edit, add, or delete any of it in Transaction Setup, and move a milestone on a single transaction without touching the template.

EVE, Woven Through

One intelligence layer, inside every transaction

EVE is not a bolt-on chatbot. The same EVE that triages your morning reads every transaction, surfacing what needs you, preparing the work, and citing where every recommendation came from.

  • Classifies every upload and files it to the right requirement, automatically
  • Watches the inspection, financing, and appraisal dates and flags risk early
  • Drafts the client update in the context of this transaction, ready to review
  • Posts milestone updates into the transaction so every party stays current
  • Pre-triages broker review and reads documents for concrete in-content issues
  • Cites its source for every prepared action: no citation, no action
  • Never changes the transaction itself, and offers, pricing, contracts and legal questions always come back to you

EVE's morning briefing: what needs you first, and what she already handled.

Run your next transaction on Raven.

One system for documents, signatures, compliance, and close, with everyone from client to title together in the transaction, and EVE doing the legwork.
