How Raven X works with Lofty
Two separate things. The extension works on the Lofty page you have open, with nothing to connect. The connection to your own Lofty account lets EVE read it in the background, even with Lofty closed.
While you work in Lofty
The Raven X browser extension, on Lofty's own pages
- Opens to the person
- Open a lead in Lofty and Raven X switches to its People tab and reads who is on the screen. Lofty is one of the sites Raven X is built for, so there is nothing extra to allow.
- Recognizes them
- EVE matches the lead to your Raven contacts by email, then phone, then full name. When two of your contacts share that phone or name, she says so instead of picking one.
- Shows what matters
- For a match: their stage, how warm they are, when you were last in touch and the next best action, plus a small card in the corner of the Lofty page.
- One click to act
- Draft an email or a text, call, get a prep brief before you talk, or watch the relationship. Someone not in Raven yet can be drafted to or added to Raven in one click.
- Offers the connection
- If Lofty is not connected yet, Raven X offers Connect Lofty right there on the page.

- How it connects
- Lofty sign-in. You approve Raven in your own Lofty account; Raven never sees your Lofty password.
- Who comes in
- Every lead your Lofty sign-in can see becomes, or matches, one of your contacts in Raven.
- Their history
- Their texts, calls and emails land in that contact's conversation in Raven, going back up to 120 days on the first sync.
- How often
- About every 12 minutes, with no page open. Each pass reads up to 500 leads and the history of 40, and picks up where the last one stopped, so a large account fills in over several passes.
- What EVE does with it
- She notices who is waiting on a reply and who has gone quiet, drafts the follow-up from what they actually said, and puts it in your daily briefing. A draft waits for your approval unless you have set follow-ups to send automatically.
- What goes back to Lofty
- When EVE sends a follow-up to a lead linked to Lofty, a short note goes on that lead: that EVE sent a text or an email, the subject, and the start of the message. Switch it off with Log EVE activity to Lofty.
How to connect Lofty
- In Raven, open Settings, then Integrations, then CRM connections, and choose Connect Lofty. Or, on any Lofty page, choose Connect Lofty in Raven X.
- Lofty opens and asks you to approve Raven. Approve it, and Lofty sends you back to Raven, connected.
- The first sync starts right away. There is no key to copy or renew.
What it never does
- Puts no one from Lofty into your Raven lead queue. They arrive as your contacts, not as new leads.
- Changes no stage, owner or lead details in Lofty. The note is the only thing it writes.
- Brings back no contact you archived or deleted in Raven.
- Reaches no one who is paused, opted out or marked do not contact in Raven. Those switches apply to Lofty leads exactly as to anyone else.
- Sends nothing through Lofty. EVE sends through Raven.
- Never sees your Lofty password. Remove Raven's access in Lofty, or disconnect in Settings, and reading stops.

Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Lofty to Raven X?
In Raven, open Settings, then Integrations, then CRM connections, and choose Connect Lofty. Sign in to Lofty and approve Raven, and you are connected. There is no key to copy.
What is the difference between the extension and the connection?
The extension works on the Lofty page you have open: EVE recognizes the lead and offers the next step. The connection, made with Lofty sign-in, lets EVE read every lead and their texts, calls and emails in the background, about every 12 minutes, whether or not Lofty is open.
Does EVE send messages from Lofty on her own?
No. EVE sends through Raven, never through Lofty. A follow-up waits for your approval unless you have set follow-ups to send automatically. When EVE sends one, she logs a short note on the lead in Lofty.
Will my Lofty leads show up as new leads?
No. Each Lofty lead becomes one of your contacts in Raven, never a new lead in Raven's lead queue, so nothing is routed or worked twice.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect in Raven under Settings, then Integrations, then CRM connections at any time, or remove Raven's access from your Lofty account. Either way EVE stops reading your leads.
Is Raven X for Lofty available in every state?
Yes. Raven X works in every US state. It does not depend on an MLS agreement or a state's forms.
