The same document, handled twice
Work a transaction in one place and file it in another, and you do the paperwork twice: download it here, upload it there, find the right checklist item, and remember which documents already went.
Whatever slips through that gap is what your broker finds missing at review.
Your SkySlope checklist, on the Transaction
Once a transaction is linked to your SkySlope sale or listing, the transaction's checklist is the SkySlope file's checklist: the same items, in the same order, under the same names. A document already on the transaction keeps its place on the matching item, and an item your broker adds in SkySlope appears on the transaction too.
- Linked by the property address, or created in SkySlope when there is no file yet
- Two SkySlope files at one address? You pick; nothing is guessed
- Documents already on the transaction stay where they are
Your SkySlope forms, on each checklist item
Sign in to SkySlope once from Raven, and your SkySlope form libraries open beside the checklist. Pick a form and it lands on the checklist item and in your SkySlope Forms file. A client's buyer or listing agreement can go out from their record before there is a property, and SkySlope DigiSign is there when a document needs signatures.
- Your SkySlope form libraries, matched to each checklist item
- Client agreements before there is a property
- SkySlope DigiSign for signatures
Send to Broker files it in SkySlope
When you press Send to Broker, Raven uploads the document into your SkySlope file and assigns it to the checklist item it belongs to. A document that has not changed since it was sent is not uploaded again.
- Uploaded straight to your SkySlope sale or listing
- Assigned to its checklist item
- Each delivery recorded on the transaction: what, when, and where
Your broker's answer, beside the document
When your broker accepts or returns an item in SkySlope, you see Accepted by broker or Returned by broker on that item in Raven. The review itself stays in SkySlope, where your broker already does it.
- Accepted and returned items marked on the transaction
- Reopen a returned document in one click, with its history kept
Setting it up

Then set your Broker System to SkySlope. On a team, the team lead connects it once for the whole team.
- One SkySlope card for forms, DigiSign and filing
- New files use your SkySlope office and checklist type
- Your broker changes nothing and keeps reviewing in SkySlope
What Raven adds around it
SkySlope keeps the compliance file. Raven adds the rest of your business around the same transaction: your clients and pipeline, email and text in one thread per client, signing, a shared Room for the other parties, and EVE, which reads the transaction and prepares the next step for you to approve.
- CRM and pipeline on the same record as the transaction
- Email, text and calls in one thread per client
- Signing and a shared Room for the client, co-op agent, lender and title
- EVE preparing updates and follow-ups for your approval

Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
Solo agents and teams whose brokerage uses SkySlope. Your broker keeps reviewing in SkySlope. You run every transaction in Raven, and your documents reach your broker in SkySlope.
Does my broker need Raven?
No. Your broker keeps working in SkySlope. Raven files your documents into your SkySlope files and shows your broker's accept or return back to you.
Do I still sign in to SkySlope?
Once, to connect it. After that you send from Raven. You need to be a user in your brokerage's SkySlope account, because a SkySlope file belongs to an agent.
What if the transaction already has a SkySlope file?
Raven finds it by the property address and links it. If two files match, you pick the right one. If none does, Raven creates the sale or listing in SkySlope.
Is the connection working today?
