Does Raven X work with Sierra Interactive, Real Geeks, CINC or Wise Agent?
Yes, through the browser extension. On the CRM page you have open in Chrome or Edge, EVE recognizes the contact, brings back what they told you and drafts the next step for you to approve.
Do I need to import my contacts or switch CRMs?
No. Raven X works on top of the CRM you already use. There is no import, no migration and no new workflow.
Does EVE read my CRM in the background?
Not through the extension. It reads the page you have open while the extension is active. Only a CRM connection, for Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail or Lofty, reads contacts in the background, through your own account.
Which browsers does Raven X run in?
Chrome and Edge on a computer. It installs in a minute from the extension store.
