Browser extension & CRM memory

Status: live

Not all of your business lives inside REALM yet. If you still work leads in another CRM, such as Brivity, Follow Up Boss or kvCORE, the EVE browser extension, "EVE X" (named "EVE by REALM" before 2026-10-18), brings that world into EVE's view, so your Daily Briefing reflects your whole book, not just the relationships already in REALM.

Getting it

  • Browsers: Chrome and Edge on a computer. A phone or tablet cannot add it, and neither can Safari or Firefox yet. (A Safari build for Mac exists and is not yet in the App Store.)
  • Account: the EVE plan or any REALM plan. You sign in with your REALM account inside the extension (email and password, Google, or Microsoft), and if you are already signed in to REALM in a tab, it picks that session up for you.
  • Opening it: the toolbar button opens EVE in the browser's side panel.

The side panel

EVE lives in the side panel, beside whatever page you are on. Four tabs:

  • Briefing. Who is waiting on you, what is slipping and what to do first, across your connected inbox and calendar and the CRM pages EVE has seen. It opens with Drafts waiting for you: the follow-ups EVE drafted, each with Send, Edit and Decline.
  • Analyze. EVE reads the page in front of you. On a CRM list it picks out who needs attention; on a contact it tells you who they are to you; on a listing or a search (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, your MLS) it tells you which of your buyers fit and why. On Homes.com it reads a listing's own page, and says so when it cannot read a results list.
  • People. Everyone EVE remembers, with meeting prep, a watchlist, drafted emails and texts, calls, and merging duplicate contacts.
  • Properties. Homes you saved or are watching.

Ask EVE opens a chat about your day, a person, the page you are on, or a real estate question, and EVE can read her answer aloud.

Texts and calls

REALM sends a text only from a REALM number. If you do not have one (every EVE plan account), Text from my phone shows a QR code: scan it and Messages opens on your phone with the text filled in. On a Mac it can open Messages directly, and you can always copy the text and the number. Tell EVE you sent it and the text is recorded in that person's conversation.

Calling from EVE needs a REALM number too: it rings your phone and connects the call.

What sends on its own

EVE drafts and you approve. On the EVE plan you can choose to let your follow-up emails send automatically; texts still wait for you, and anything sensitive, such as an offer, a price or a complaint, always comes to you. EVE Talk and Autopilot are not part of the EVE plan.

The card on a page

When a page you open shows the email address of one of your REALM contacts, a small EVE card appears in the corner with who they are and a next step: follow up, prioritize the lead, move them to the next stage, or open them in REALM. When there is no match, nothing appears. The card stays off sign-in pages and REALM's own pages.

With REALM and SkySlope

When your brokerage files in SkySlope, EVE can create a buyer's Pre-Contract file for you: she opens SkySlope beside REALM, fills in the office, the checklist and the buyer's name, shows each step on screen, and hands you back to REALM when the file is saved. When REALM opens a SkySlope DigiSign envelope for you, the card says who it goes to and what to do, and offers Back to REALM after you send it.

Saving a listing works on any plan; turning a listing into a REALM transaction needs REALM.

CRM memory

As you move through your other CRM, the extension remembers what it sees on the pages you open, the leads and contacts that look like they need attention, and reports that back to EVE. It never signs in to your CRM or reads it in the background.

The payoff shows up in your Daily Briefing as a From your CRM section: "these people across your CRM need you today," sitting right alongside the relationships already native to REALM. It means EVE's read on your day covers everyone you're working, not just the ones you've moved over.

This memory is yours and yours alone: it's your own view of your own book, kept private to you. It's not transaction content and it isn't shared across your Workspace.

Keeping it honest

If you dismiss an item from the From your CRM section, it stays dismissed, even when the extension sees the same lead again on your next visit to that CRM. "Forget it" means forget it; EVE won't keep resurfacing something you've already waved off.
