Add a Transaction

What Raven doesBuilds the transaction record: the document checklist for that transaction type, milestones through closing, the people on the file, and a message thread for every client conversation. Every transaction on your pipeline shows its stage and a live compliance score, so you can see what needs you at a glance.

What you doUpload what you have, or pick "Fill a Form" and the form fills itself from the transaction. Send anything out for signature without leaving the page.
What Raven doesEVE reads each upload, classifies it onto the right checklist line, and flags what's missing. Stage gates hold the stage until required items are in. Brokers get a review queue; independent agents get an advisory checklist. Compliance adapts to how your workspace is governed instead of forcing one process on everyone.

What Raven doesTracks every milestone through escrow, nudges what's late, and keeps your client in the loop. EVE drafts the on-track update days before closing, and you approve it or let Autopilot send it. A transaction coordinator can assist and deliver the completed file without ever owning it.
